Richard has worked in the commercial office market since 2009. He was a partner at Hatton Real Estate, which was acquired by Colliers International. Richard was a director at Colliers International for 5 years prior to founding Sterling Real Estate in 2021. 

Julian Meir, Partner
Graduating from Oxford Brookes with a degree in Real Estate Management, Julian subsequently joined Colliers specialising in valuations and capital markets. Julian advised on an expansive array of investment and strategic development projects across London. Julian is also a member of the RICS and is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.
