We completed on the purchase of 18 Tileyard Road in Q2 2021. Following an in depth assessment with our professional team, we acquired the neighboring site 20 Tileyard Road in Q1 2022, creating a significant Life Science development opportunity of 75,000 Sq Ft.

We successfully sold the site in Q3 2022 to Kadans Science Partner.

34-38 Provost Street was a heavily dilapidated 8,500 Sq Ft former warehouse building in the heart of Old Street. Following the purchase in 2018, we secured planning for an additional two floors and completed the development, providing 11,500 Sq Ft of inspiring workspace. The building was pre-let to a leading medical company, before being sold in 2019.

We worked alongside ThirdWay Architects and the building was nominated and shortlisted in the Hackney Design Awards.

Purchased in 2016, Instrument House was let to the NHS with an approaching lease expiry. We worked with Stiff + Trevillion Architects to draw up a comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning plan for the building.

The refurbishment included reconfiguring all floors, rebuilding the top 4th floor and interconnecting with the floor below, extensive façade treatment and the addition of terraces on three of the floors.

The building was successfully multi-let to four Tenants and sold shortly after.
