We completed the purchase of three neighboring buildings, 22-26 Vine Hill, 7 Warner Yard and 14 Rosebery Avenue in 2020 and we worked with Buckley Grey Yeoman architects and our project team to combine all three existing buildings to create a 23,000 Sq Ft self-contained office building. The building completed its refurbishment in May 2024 and benefits from an array of outstanding architectural features, exceptional volume and a private courtyard.

Located directly opposite Farringdon Station’s Crossrail entrance, in one of London’s most sought-after commercial districts, we worked closely alongside Stiff + Trevillion Architects and our project team to reposition both buildings. The refurbishments completed in Q3 2023 and are incoming producing.
